Privacy Policy

At Strenda we take care of your data. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with when you use Strenda to book classes, check in, manage your membership and pay online.
1. Data we collect
- Account: name, email address and phone number you provide when you sign up.
- Location: precise location only if you enable automatic check-in (requires the "Always" permission). It is optional, you can turn it off anytime, and it is used only to record your attendance when you arrive at your training center.
- Payments: online payments are processed by Stripe and MercadoPago. We do not store your card details; they are handled directly by the payment gateway.
- Technical identifiers: a user identifier and the push notification token, needed to operate your account and send you alerts.
2. How we use your data
- Operate the app: class bookings, check-in, membership, payments and announcements from your training center.
- Send you notifications related to your activity (class reminders, plan status, messages from your center).
- We do not use your data for advertising or to track you across other apps or sites. We do not sell your data.
3. Who we share data with
- Supabase: infrastructure and database where your information is stored.
- Stripe and MercadoPago: processing of online payments.
- Expo and Apple (APNs): delivery of push notifications to your device.
- We only share the information necessary to provide the service. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policies.
4. Your rights
- You can access your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time.
- To request access or deletion, write to our contact email. When you delete your account we erase your personal data, except what we must retain for legal or accounting obligations.
5. Minors
- Strenda is intended for users of training centers and is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us to remove it.
6. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date indicates the current version.
